The Villa
One of ten privately owned detached villas for rent on a managed/maintained site in the heart of the Mediterranean Coast of Turkey. The villa has tiled floors, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV and WiFi.
Top floor:
Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, south facing balcony, aircon & hairdryer. Ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, basin, WC, washing machine, iron, ironing board & airer. All linen and towels provided (except beach towels).
Second floor:
Twin bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, balcony, aircon. Ensuite bathroom with shower, basin & WC.
Ground floor:
Cloakroom with WC & basin. Open plan living area. Kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle & toaster. Dining area with table, 6 chairs & sideboard. Lounge area with 3-seater sofa bed, 2-seater sofa, coffee table, 36" HD LCD TV , DVD player (with selection of over 100 films), Satellite TV, WiFi and aircon.
Outside:
Patio with table, 6 chairs and parasol. 4 sunloungers and umbrella for use by pool or in garden. Landscaped & well maintained grounds and garden.
Pool:
Shared pool, constant depth of 1.4 metres. Direct access to pool area from rear of villa. Paths & grounds lit at night. Caretaker lives on site.
